I purchased this TV on 16th July. Sellers have answered questions saying the TV has Hotsar, Zee5 and SonyLiv which is not. I purposely bought this TV so that I don't have to buy FireStick along with a TV. But this doesn't solve my problem. The sound quality is poor and the Dolby this is totally fake. I have to keep sound close to 100 to listen clearly. We have tried all the sound modes, nothings work well. There is no black detail as well. Won't recommend. you will get a very limited app in the store.

Picture quality is good, the sound is also decent as per the pricing. Panel quality is superb.
For all who worried about the apps not being there per the review, I confirm Netflix, Amazon prime all came as an update. I was amongst the first customers to buy. Initially, thaught the same and was about to return but then after a few calls here and there the TV got an over the network update and Amazon prime came, Netflix was already there.
However, as claimed by seller Hotstar, SonyLiv is still not there even after the update and I am still not able to use Alexa with the remote.
Will improve the rating and update this review once or if get all the apps claimed by the seller.
Once advice to the seller: - You got bad reviews to start with because you didn't ship the TV updated, please update then the only ship, TV-quality is decent but your lack of understanding of customer behaviour led to the bad rating for this product. First i totally disappointed but now It is working very good now...I purchased this on 17 th ,first day I don't see amazon and Alexa apps in the tv but after 2 days i got system update when in I got amazon and Alexa app installed along with update ...Now prime and Alexa is also working very fine.Happy with the purchase. BUT IT Will be good if they provide hotstar, zee5, and other Indian popular app with an next update..

I would first say, the 4K is rather good, if you are able to find content like in youtube or NETFLIX. The black depth is limited as it is LED and not OLED or QLED. If the TV matched its description on Amazon i would rate is 3-5, but SPEC DOES NOT MATCH.
1. Please understand this is a Linux based OS, so no Google Play Store.
2. You cannot install new apps even through pen drive or external drive as all APK files are hidden from viewing
3. There is only Youtube and Netflix. The other bunch is a set of useless apps you never wouldve heard before
4. It is sooooooo slow. Remember the days when you will be afraid to operate you smart phones to fast that it gets stuck and you have to turn it off. Well the same happens to your new tv. It is that slow
5. The remote is sooo small with not much options. There is not even a play/pause button
6. Alexa worked one time, after I switched off my TV i couldnt pair it again.
7. You cannot cast Hotstar app. For once it is not the TV's fault. That is how hotstar works. But you have no app installed for it.
The only reason you want to go for it would be if you didnt read this revie

Most of the reviews here were written out of the frustration for unavailability of prime video, Hotstar. I was the same until this evening. The update finally out and prime video is in there.
Picture Quality: it’s great. It’s value for the price.
Sound: it’s a bit of disappointment. But it’s not that bad.
App Store: this is a major disappointment. If you’re looking for a Hotstar app or ZEE5, you should look for another TV.
WiFi connection : this is another disappointment for me. The tv is unable to detect 5Ghz band WiFi. For a 4K Tv, 5GHz connection is a must. Let me know if any of you guys have a quick fix for this issue.

Made a big mistake of buying this TV. I fell for the promotion done by Amazon.
The TV just keeps hanging all the time. The only feature that works fine is the DTH connection itself. The smart TV features just don't work!
